Not every annual report has to be long.
This one uses a fresh approach: less text, greater emphasis on photos and infographics, engaging format. It highlights the foundation’s three focus areas: Health Equity, Healthy Youth and Healthy Community. Each panel of this 36 inch wide accordion fold brochure features a compelling photo and brief text that tells a succinct story. The infographics display financial and grants data. A complete donor list is also included.
